The Little Black Gallery is a contemporary gallery and working studio located in Kerikeri, Bay of Islands.
Established in 2015, the gallery showcases a carefully curated collection of original art, jewellery, ceramics, sculpture, prints and design-led objects from both Northland and New Zealand artists.
Alongside established artists, the gallery is committed to supporting emerging talent and providing a welcoming space where visitors can discover unique works and connect with the stories behind them.
The gallery is also home to the working studios of jewellery designer EmmaH and artist Anna Hamilton, where original pieces continue to be designed and created.
In addition to exhibitions, Little Black Gallery hosts artist talks, workshops and creative experiences for visitors interested in learning more about the artists, their processes and the creative community of Northland.
Located within the grounds of Treghan Lodge, the gallery offers a relaxed and inspiring setting surrounded by gardens and native plantings.
We believe art should be accessible, engaging and enjoyable, whether you are an experienced collector or simply looking for something special to take home.
